FAVORITE SHAKEOLOGY RECIPES!




MAPLE & BROWN SUGAR

1 scoop vanilla shakeology
1 packet organic maple & brown sugar oatmeal

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup water
Cup of ice
Blended


PB BANANA 
1 serving Vanilla Shakeology
1 cup water
1 cup ice
5-6 frozen banana slices
1 tbs nut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
blended

CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY
1/2 scoop chocolate
1/2 scoop strawberry
1 cup water
1/4-1/2 almond milk
1 cup ice
blended

STRAWBERRY LIME
1 scoop/packet strawberry shakeology
1 cup water
juice of one lemon/lime
squirt of honey or maple syrup if you need it a little sweeter
lots of ice
blended




CHOCOLATE OATMEAL
cook 1/2 cup oats in water
add 1/4 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon peanut butter/almond butter (or peanut powder)
1/2 scoop chocolate shakeology
(optional:  chia or hemp seeds - 1-2 tbs)
splash of almond milk (until desired consistency)


ALMOND BUTTER CUPS (10-12)

5 TBS coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl & heat for 40 seconds (until melted) Mix in 3-4 TBS Vanilla Shakeology and a "donk" of THM Stevia. Mix well. Lightly coat the bottoms of a muffin pan with the coconut vanilla mixture. Set in freezer (about 10 mins) to harden. Add 1-2 tsp softened all natural almond butter to each muffin, on top of the hardened coconut vanilla mixture. Pour remaining coconut vanilla mixture on top of almond butter, and place back in the freezer to harden. Enjoy! Refrigerate for best results!





NO BAKE SHAKEOLOGY BALLS
1 cup all-natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 cup oats (I grind in food processor)
½ cup raw honey
1 cup Chocolate Shakeology


Preparation:
1. Combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and Shakeology in a medium bowl; mix well.
2. Roll mixture into 24 balls, each about 1-inch in size.
